There was a TV show playing but he wasn’t really paying attention. He was slumped on the chair, halfway on it, halfway off. His arms were crossed against his chest. Every now and then he’d drift off to sleep but he would wake himself up.
When he finally couldn’t help it anymore, he let his body relax and his eyes close. Without realizing it, he started to slip off the chair. When he made contact with the floor, he opened his tired eyes. He blinked a few times and closed them again. He fell over his right side, making a bit of a faceplant on the floor.
“At least the floor is comfortable…” he mumbled into the ground.
